About Jiva Ritu
Life, in rhythm.
You run. You hustle. You're built for more — more done, more lived, more chased down before the day ends.
But rhythm isn't a straight line. Some weeks it wobbles: your cycle, your sleep, your stress, a knee that complains on the stairs before you've even had your coffee.
Jiva Ritu makes one Ayurvedic syrup for each of five specific conditions — nothing generic, nothing that claims to fix everything in one bottle. Real herbs, at real quantities, named on the label — not diluted for the sake of a shorter caution list.
No hidden blends. No proprietary mysteries.
Every herb in every Jiva Ritu syrup is named on the label, at the exact quantity per 10ml dose — Shatavari at 250mg, not "proprietary blend." Ashwagandha at 250mg, not a mystery percentage. What's printed is what's poured in. No blend you can't see into, no herb hiding behind a marketing name.
A note from RK
I've spent 21 years building consumer brands. Jiva Ritu started because I kept watching people I know — mostly in their late 20s and 30s — quietly dealing with PCOD, stress, joint pain, blood sugar, period pain, and reaching for either a pharmacy aisle that felt clinical or a wellness brand that felt like it was selling a vibe instead of a formulation. Ayurveda has real answers to these problems. Nobody was packaging them in a way I'd actually want to use myself. That's what we're building.
— RK, Founder
This isn't a painkiller. Here's what to actually expect.
Ayurvedic formulations work with your body's rhythm, not against it. Most people using a Jiva Ritu syrup consistently notice a shift by week 4, and the fuller effect by week 8–12. We'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you a 3-day miracle we can't deliver.
