Founder's Note

I've spent 21 years building consumer brands. Jiva Ritu is the one I started because I couldn't stop noticing the same pattern in people I know — mostly in their late 20s and 30s, mostly doing well on paper, quietly dealing with something their body was telling them to slow down about. PCOD. Stress that doesn't switch off. A knee that complains before the coffee's even made. Blood sugar creeping up in a family with a history of it.

None of that is rare. What's rare is a brand that takes it seriously without either talking down to you or dressing it up in wellness-speak that means nothing.

I looked at what existed in Ayurveda for these problems, and the answers were already there — real herbs, real formulations, centuries of use. What didn't exist was a version of that built for someone who wants their Ayurveda to feel modern — restrained, precise, something you'd actually want on your shelf, not something that feels borrowed from a pharmacy counter. Someone who wants to know exactly what's in the bottle, at what dose, and why — not just trust a brand because it looks trustworthy.

So that's what we built. Five syrups. Five conditions. No blend we won't name, no ingredient swapped out because it complicates a caution label. If a formulation makes the label more complicated, the label gets more complicated — the formulation doesn't get simpler.

This is early. We're a small, bootstrapped team building this carefully rather than fast. If something about a product, a label, or an order isn't right, I'd genuinely like to hear about it — email me directly at hello@jivaritu.com and it'll reach me.
