Refund policy

As Jiva Ritu products are Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicines intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at hello@jivaritu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
• We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, or once a product has been opened or used, except where required by law.
