Most wellness brands protect a "proprietary blend" because the blend is the product. Ours isn't. The Ayurvedic logic is the product — and that logic only works if the herbs and their quantities are exactly what they claim to be. So we print all of it: botanical name, plant part used, quantity per 10ml dose, on every label, for every SKU.

How We Choose What Goes In

Each Jiva Ritu formulation is built on classical Ayurvedic combinations for a specific condition — not a generic "wellness herb" list assembled for marketing appeal. Shatavari and Ashoka for hormonal balance. Ashwagandha and Jatamansi for calm. Cissus and Guggulu for joints. These aren't trend ingredients; they're the herbs Ayurveda has used for these exact purposes for a very long time.

One Rule We Don't Break

Marketing doesn't get a vote on formulation. If an ingredient makes a caution label longer, or a regulatory declaration more complex, the formulation stays and the label does the work — not the other way around. The only exception is a genuine regulatory requirement — if an ingredient is ever restricted for use, we update the formulation and say so plainly. That's compliance, not convenience.

Meet Some of the Herbs

• Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) — traditionally used in Ayurveda to support women's hormonal balance. Found in Taranga.
• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) — classical adaptogen, traditionally used for stress resilience. Found in Ananda and Sthira.
• Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) — traditional resin used for joint and mobility support. Found in Sthira.
• Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre) — traditionally used to support healthy sugar metabolism. Found in Sama.
• Yashtimadhu / Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) — traditionally used to soothe and balance. Found in Taruni.
